We spend 2 nights in Santiago de Compostela lovely. The staff was friendly, helped with every request. Also, location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Roman Catholic cathedral.

The location was super convenient for finishing the Camino, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The elevator was a jaw-dropping surprise, and the microwave in the hall was a great bonus. The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the WiFi signal was EXCELLENT. A great, affordable option for a restful night after a long day of exploring. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

There were some downsides to my experience. there was no air conditioning in the room I stayed in, which made it quite hot and uncomfortable during the summer.

The soap ran out in one of the bathrooms and there were no towels or paper towels to dry our hands. It would be great if they could ensure that these amenities are always stocked.
